Colorful Kyoto

In my memories, Japan is a land filled with beautiful moments and colors. Kyoto expressed this very well. From it’s vermilion red tori gates at Fushimi to the Golden shine of… well, the Golden Temple, Kyoto is a city swarming with colors.

Local people and foreigners alike are also part of this kaleidoscopic experience as a lot of them wear brightly colored yukatas whilst exploring the city.

The men’s version of the yukata has more subdued and neutral colors.

I spent my childhood in the middle of the Indian Ocean on an island called Mahé. Today, Montreal is where I call home. I'm a hobbyist photographer who likes to document my travels. I hope this helps inspire your next adventure.
