A Durbar Square is a Royal Square. It’s basically the area surrounding the old Royal Palace. There are three such squares in the Kathmandu Valley. The first one pictured here is located in Kathmandu. The second one is in Bhaktapur and the last one in Patan. They are all three part of the UNESCO World Heritage sites.
I spent my childhood in the middle of the Indian Ocean on an island called Mahé. Today, Montreal is where I call home. I'm a hobbyist photographer who likes to document my travels.
