World of Birds
If you’re in Cape Town and have a love for birds/animals, then I highly suggest you take the time to visit the World of Birds located close to the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden. You’ll get to see some wonderful bird species as well as some monkeys.

A part of history
Located 11km from Cape Town, this is Robben Island. You may have never heard of this place but you have surely heard of its most famous resident: Nelson Mandela. This is where Mr. Mandela was incarcerated for 18 years between 1964 an 1982. He later went on to become South Africa’s President.

Field of dreams
South Africa has some absolutely gorgeous landscapes. This photo of zebras grazing in the fields was taken during a safari in Albertinia, not too far from Cape Town. This was a beautiful sight that remains one of my favorites of thist trip.
