Venice is one of my favourite places in Italy. There’s something about exploring the city on foot and getting lost in its massive labyrinth style layout that brings me a certain joy. You get an added bonus of not having any cars in sight.

There’s something about Venice. Everywhere you go, there will be a sight that just captivates your attention even though nothing special is happening. Every little bridge you crosse makes you pause for a few seconds… or even minutes as you contemplate the the architecture and atmosphere.
